Peanut Cookies
This recipe can't go wrong. My grand aunt made me go through the hard way. She taught me the tough ways without the machine! You will take FOREVER to fry, grind, knead and mould the tiny peanut cookies together.





The right pineapple tarts...
You never get it correct! Everyone has diff preference of crispy, cake, melt in yr mouth etc...

The right recipe for me is, crispy and yet melt in your mouth! This is the one.





Suji Almond Cookies
I don't record my recipes.... they are all kept in my big head but tiny brain. My mum throw me a challenge, describing this very nice cookie that i made many years ago!

Am wrong, not Suji Almond! Mmmm... maybe Coconut kisses.

Mum only give me 3 hours to get all these done up! R1, R2 & R3 at her place last Thursday. I did the Mooncake Piglets but in the shape of Pooh Bear and Chipmunks!

O and some fruit tarts ... but forgotten to take photos! Only managed to have the Blueberry cake and Pineapple Tarts. Hope LW likes them....
